my check engine light came on after i just replaced my mass air flow meter. i went down to autozone and pulled codes for my knock sensor and o2 sensor. after reading the "how to" i think i can handle the knock sensor, but i couldnt find anything on the 02. can i do this by myself, and how much is this gonna cost me?

 

yes, you can do it yourself, check the How-To sticky as I wrote the guide. Replace the O2 first and the KS code will probably go away.

The KS will not set off the light though so after you replace the 02 and drive around a bit check the codes regardless of whether the light is on or not. If the KS is bad, replacing it will make the car sooooooo much more fun to drive.
