Red/Clear Tails for 1996?

Where can I get the clear on top/red on bottom taillights for a 1996 Maxima SE? I see people with the 97+ red/clear lights but not the older ones. Where can I buy these lights!!??

newbies should have to pass like a newcomers exam that would make them learn these sorts of things instead of posting threads like this. it would make the org filter alot of answered threads out.

there definitly needs to be a newbie forum that newbs must read and post like 100x on inorder to come over to the regular forums... Posts like this are what slows down the servers and database.

oh and IBTL

The best thing you can do for 95-96 max's is red out the amber part of the tails. Looks pretty good, Better that stock.Check out my Cardomain Site for some picts.

If you REALLY want a set of red/clears for your max, I would consider doing the rear 97-99 conversion. It'll save you the frustration of looking for a set of red/clears for '95-'96 and you'll end up paying around $300 for them..

currently there's no aftermarket support for 95-96 red/clear tails. even if there's one for sale, it's usually an used unit and it cost about $300-$400.

IMO it's not worth it to spend $300+ on a pair of tailight, therefore i suggest you do the "red-out" mod like this >>

it doesn't look too bad. at least better than stock.

No joke - she looked cute in the old avatar pic, but sexy as hell in that one. And I see plenty of hot Korean chicks at my hotel, fyi. There's plenty out there.

So you seriously just take testors clear paint and paint over the amber and it hides it? Please let me know because if this is the case I would love to do it. Thanks guys.
