ok guys. will make this as short as possible.
tonight, leaving a coffee shop, i started my car, drove down the block, when coming to a stop sign, i put it on neutral and my rpm just drops and car dies on me. turn on the car, it starts fine, but i see the rpm drop again, so i gas it a little bit, try to take off, and i get no power and all of a sudden, my rpm rises to 2k and i ride my clutch a little bit. it starts rolling again.

the following stop sign, i put it on neutral, and i see rpm dropping again, i thought i was going to stall again but no, this time it goes to about 200 rpm and it kicks itself up to 1.5k on its own. i did not push on the gas at all. and after that its fine all the way until i get home.

weird thing also, it happened before like 2 weeks ago, and it went away until now. also another symptom, before all this happened, i was on 2nd gear, driving normal, and all of a sudden, i feel a loss of power when steping on the gas, so i gas it a little deeper, and car is not moving, and all of a sudden, my car just takes off.

Can anyone help??? what is the problem???

 

i just had a smiliar problem and it turned out to be the clamps on my intake had come loose and the air flow was really choppy and the MAF wasnt getting enough of it so it would cause fuel shut off and the car would stall. I doubt this is your problem but its worth checking.
