Failed Smog...Bad Cat?

yes thats right... i failed smog, AGAIN!

My emissions during the 15mph road test were too high duing the NO (PPM) section, the guy called it the NOX test i think. the max allowed is 430, i was measured at 685. The guy said that the cat is responsable for the NOX level, and im thinking maybe my cat is bad. if so, how can i tell if its bad?

also. i do have a WS y-pipe, and i know everyone says to drive the car hard for like 30 minutes before the test...and i did. red lined a lot. drove down the freeway and around the city a little bit for about 30-40 minutes. what other possibilities are there?

i also failed the functional test and that was cus 3 of my monitors were reading as "Not Ready" or "Not Complete". the guy said that when u reset the ECU (which i did about 4 days ago) you have to drive around A LOT to reset thoes monitors. i jsut drove up to davis (70 miles) this weekend and ive been driving a lot lately too, how much longer do i have to drive to get these damn things working?
