Sticky EGR Valve - how to clean?

How do you clean something like this? What do you use?

LOOK IN MY SIG. Are you sure it's even the EGR valve that you're talking about?

My guess exactly..seems as though it's a common 4th gen thing..Okay,,u need to change KS and change EGR solenoid valve...This will get rid rid of all your codes and your car will run right again.
