GD: Rear trunk hole Camera $60 shipped.

This Group deal is for a rear camera. The cams are $60 shipped!

we need 20 people. No less no more. We can only do this in incriemnts of 20, so if 21 people want it, the 21st person is out of luck unless 19 more people sign up and we get another 20 people. Please sign up only if you are sure, and know you wil have the money to send when the 20 people goal has been reached. thank you.

I went out and measured the trunk holes on my 97 and a 2001 and they are 1 and 1/16 inch or 24mm the same size as the camera. they should fit. I am thinking they will and am going to risk it. If they are way to big in which i stronly doubt i will dremal out a tad.

One person has put one into their trunk with out moddification to the trunk hole.

OK i talked it over with a company and they will give me 20 of them for $60 apeice. So $60 for a camera. as said above they should fit in the trunk hole. If not you could always put it into your rear bumper.

Everyone will send the money to me once we get 20 people. Then i will send all the money to the lady selling them, and they will be shipped here, and then i will ship them out to each person.

when the money is sent it will take alittle while for everythign to go into my account, and then it might take a day or two to transfer form me to the seller of these camera. Then it will take alittle while to receive them, and once i get them, i will ship them all out within 24 hours of when i receive them. I will keep everyone posted up on the info that is going on, to make sure each of you know what is going on with your camera.

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=343295 that is my selling log for some of the business i have doen so far. Thank you

ok....when you take out the lock....you see a hole with some tabs. Those need to be dremmeled down so the camera can fit the hole (make sure not to scratch the paint )

then slide the camera through the hole and run the wires.....mine are all pretty much hidden.

I ran the power to the rear cigarrete lighter.

it's nice to see the rear of you especially when you can see who you've beat....

well what i am thinking. is putting a switch to power the cam on and off. the microvision redmax screen has only one input vido rca. Well buy a 1 to 2 adapotor at wal-mart or anywhere for $3. you hook this up to the input rca and now you have 2. hook the cam up to one, and your dvd to another.

Turn the cd info display off of your pioneer headunit, so where it will not give a video signal out to the screen and flip your cam on. I think it woul dbe easy piecey yap and easy.

Screw putting in a switch, just wire up a relay for it to come on whenever you throw her in reverse.

Same here. Put me down for one, but see what's the deal with Night time. Also, can we get a full written write-up if this deal goes through?

Since this isn't equipped w/night vision, you'll see the same as if you were to look in your rear view mirror. friend of mine had this setup on his navigator.

there is no write up...and i think the red cable is for power. there is a connector you hook into it.

write up is not necessary in this case actually.. it's just a device that powers up and is connected to a display w/ the RCA female connector provided.

True, but problem here is I already use a Female Adapter Kit because my TV and DVD/CD Player are both males. with the addition of this and a Ps2 I'm going to need some kind of 4-way mechanism.
