Is it normal is something looose....all of it works fine just that annoying sound when it's on....it's not noticably loud when youre in the car but when your outiside it sounds aweful.........so if any you have any reason on why and how to stop it....that would be great,

You might try raising the hood and listening around the A/C compressor. The compressor bearings may be on their way out. The heat shield COULD be a problem (or something else on the exhaust) since turning the A/C on loads up the engine a bit and may cause it to shift (especially if the mounts are getting tired) and cause the exhaust to contact something on the chassis.
The noise is definatly not normal.
