Calipers! Maxima and 300zx Front and Rear Fully Remanufactured!

Hi guys,

After all of the brake work I've been doing I came into contact with a great source for calipers. I know a lot of you have been doing 300zx brake upgrades using various rotors and brackets, and here is your chance to get the calipers you want!

Or maybe you don't care much for brake upgrades, but your stock calipers are terrible and you want some nice freshly rebuilt ones to replace them with.

Calipers available (300zx fronts and rears come with brand new brake hardware, maxima fronts and rears do not have brake hardware):

300zx 30mm aluminum front pair = $250
300zx 26mm aluminum front pair = $250

300zx Aluminum rear pair = $200

Maxima Front or Rear Pair = $150

Prices do not include shipping. If you are interested simply email or pm me with which caliper(s) you would like and include your shipping zip code and I will get back to you with a quote. Thank you for looking!

krismax: front z's are roughly 12 lb / pair and rear z's are roughly 10 lb / pair

pearlralizing2k: http://www.princeton.edu/~asad/zbrakes/ that link should help you learn more about z calipers

What is the 300zx rotors thickness and how does it compare to our thickness. If i buy these calipers i want to put them on my stock rotors.
Thanks

hey kris: did I ever get back to you on it? the calipers can't be used with oem max rotors, except for maybe the 6th gen rotor upgrade with z calipers that matt93se is offering.

Set of rear Calipers for the 5th Gen.

derrick,

I live in NY 11553. I have slotted and dimpled rear rotos already but I think they are a direct stock replacement in terms of size. Can I still get the calipers from you or do I need different rotors? If so what size will I need. Thanx...

Deac

You do not want to use the Z32 rear calipers on an otherwise stock brake system.... helloooooo tail happy!

If you want to do the Z32 rear brakes, you can see what's involved on my website...

I have all ss lines already and the wilwood big brake kit of the fronts. I just wanted to even thing out a bit in the rear brakes. Again even my rear rotor are slotted and dimpled. Will the rear 300zx calipers work for me?

They will, but you need to do more than just bolt on the calipers. the factory rotors are about 3/8" too thin, and the wrong diameter.. and the Z32 calipers don't have a parking brake built in- which is required by law.

thus, I've created a rear brake kit using the proper parts. see the link in my post above for more info on it.

Wich calipers do you use in your front big brakes kit setup for 97 max, 300zx 30mm aluminum, or 300zx 26mm aluminum?
Thnx
