My car horn isn't performing at its full potential when I use it; it sounds kind of weak. Also when I start my car up the beeping sounds weak. I checked the fuses and they were fine. I dont think its the battery because my interior and exterior lights are fine and all of the other electrical functions work fine. Anyone else have this problem or have any idea where to begin?
