Timing chain tensioner whine, anyone replace theirs?

Timing chain tensioner whine, anyone replace theirs?
Anyone else ever expereince the tensioner whine issue, also when I rev it sounds like the belt smacks the timing chaing cover or something in there I can hear it clank.....but its whining on a regular basis now.

Anyone ever replace theirs?
