We finally got a CNC Machine! Any Requests?

To celebrate the new CNC machine we want to help out the community by taking some requests! If there are anything you guys want we can pretty much make the following (if not more)
- Brackets, flanges and adapters (BOV, Filter, MAF)
- Engine Dampeners
- Rocker Arm Stoppers
- Shift Linkages and Short Shifters
- Fuel Rails
- Fuel Doors
- Oil Pan spacers
- Suspension parts (lower tie bars etc)
- Oil cap, Radiator Caps
- Endlinks
- Shift *****
- Coil Pack Covers

And many more, so if any of you guys have any requests lets hear it, and we'll be happy to make you guys something.

Exactly what are engine dampeners?

I would be very interested in you designing an improved shifter linkage for the 5 speed Maximas, but I have no idea if that is even feasible....what about radial arms?

I have a rather unusual request...

If you look at the image above, you'll see where I have circled, the top of the shock tower. There's a black 'dust cover' of sorts that covers the nut at the top of the strut. Would it be possible to machine something like that, except in something with a bit more 'sheen' to it? If needed, I can mail you one of mine to use as a template.

I'd be down, depending on cost ofcourse.

Also how about not producing anything BlehmCo or Jeff already make

I am having one of those machined now by a friend. but he is making it so I can raise the nut so it makes my front go about 1-2 inches lower.

IMO that's going to be a PITA to make.

they are going to need to machine a groove in the piece of billet alum to fit a O-ring. the o-ring will act like the retainer and seal...just like what the stock rubber piece is doing.

too small and it'll flop around/out...too big and it won't fit.

How about a full on battery holder, I have seen them in boats, but never in a car. It would go under the baterry and on top with two holders on the sides, I will see if I can get pics.

this is a really good one. also if you guys could do an intake manifold or adapter for the 00-01 manifold that would be cool.

Yes, more flexibility to install the 00 VI.

my pathfinder throttlebody can bolt right on to my USIM. adapter plates =

or you could produce a bigger billet throttlebody that is a direct bolt onto the USIM, MEVI, or '00 VI.

That sounds like $$$$ for the small gains it provides.

How about longer wheel studs? Not sure if a CNC machine is the right tool for the job, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

I really don't know if this is already manufactured or if they're even an improvement over bolt adjusters, but what about:

Camber Plates

Seems like a CNC type part to me...

H&R 5mm and 10mm spacers have been out of stock for the past 5 months. Now would be a good time to get some spacers out for 240sx/maximas/350z's

Um yeah, that's not going to happen. Considering Vortech blowers are like $1500 for just the blower unit, by the time you get the fuel and piping together along with all the miscellaneous parts, your way up there. But hey, if you can do it for $1800, more power to you...

I have my doubts that SSR is going to waste their time designing random things. CAD designing isn't easy, nor is it cheap. And even if they did design it, would you buy it? Anyone have an idea of how much a one off part or a small run of parts would cost? CNC mills are great for stuff like throttle bodies, or anything that requires 3D capabilities. For flat brackets and stuff, there are cheaper ways.

they sell V1 and V2 blowers on e-bay all the time for $300-$100 all the time. A bracket would be a good idea but going to to be very hard to make.

Oil pan spacer sounds nice. That way when its time to turbo, I don't have to worry as much.

That's even better than the PF TB (should've kept reading before I posted ).

I think they could do pretty well with an adapter for the '00 VI...If it was bolt on it would pretty much replace the MEVI for 4th gen VI's.
