High 14s, they are slower than 02-03's.

Were are your sources from? I have ran 14.3 in my bone stock 2004 6 speed. Also I know of one guy who ran 14.2 and another who owned a 5.5 gen who ran 14.1 with an 04 auto rental. I have also raced a stock 04 6 speed and ran dead even with it. Get your facts straight before posting the wrong info please!

I dunno, id say its a drivers race but I would give the edge to the 6th gen if your saying auto. I think the gearing is enough to put the 6th gen ahead but I could be wrong.

Well the best I've seen a 3.5 Altima do is a 14.7 and I visit the track often. I've seen many 6th gens run quicker than that. More importantly, the max's trap a few mph higher than the Altimas do.

Well I saw 2 6th gens running anywhere from 14.65 to 14.90 consistant on the same day I was running 15.0s and 15.1s and everyone was getting good times, awesome track and good prep. I also saw a 3.5 Altima run 14.75-14.85 consistant on a cold night 3 weeks ago. Those cars are recent so it's hard to get a good idea of what to expect out of them. I also saw a magazine test give it a 0-60 of 6.3 and 14.83 1/4 mile.

Ok well that sounds about right. Its weird because I ran a 14.3@96.5 stock with a crazy 2.0 60ft that I got an a perfect weather day. Since then I havent ran very good at all. last time out I couldnt get better than a 2.3 60ft and was running 15.1@94 in crappy weather. Its about time for some new tires.

Maybe your 2.0 run was an exception, cause it seems really, really good, considering what your car weights. Also keep in mind that although low-14 6th gens are entirely possible, most won't run as fast, just like the average for 4th gens is low 15s and someone ran 14.70 bone stock with a crazy 2.1 '60.
