Advance autoparts screws up in all our favors

Ok so i was in need for a coolant temp sensor to try and resolve my starting issue. So I cruise on over to advance and say what the heck I'll buy one here.

So they order the part and it gets here next day. But alais this doesnt look anything like a coolant temp sensor it looks more like the intake air temp sensor, and sure enough thats what it was.

So I look it up on advanceautoparts.com for coolant temp sensor and sure enough the model code on the website and the model code on the part they sent me match up, but interestingly enough it says coolant temp sensor on the part name.
So I call them up and ask how much it will cost to replace the intake air temp sensor.........and get the part number. And fancy this the part number they have for the coolant temp sensor and the intake air temp sensor match, only difference is..........the intake air temp cost 149 and if you buy the same thing just under a different name its 39.99 so long story short sometime autoparts stores do screw up in our favor.

I worked for Advance and they have that part in stock at all stores. That let me know right off the bat that they gave you the wrong part. Anyway, I wouldn't buy it from there because it doesn't work as well as the oem unit.
