mobile video?

anyone have any mobile video in their max?

I was looking at visor monitors and such. just wondered what everyone else has done. kinda looking at a visor monitor with dvd player mounted in the trunk so I can fold down the rear arm rest and load a dvd.

^^^ awesome setup. but do you know why nobody puts a tv in the lower din?? doesnt it make sense so that it wont block the ac vents when it flips up?

You know what that is a great idea.. I dont know why people dont do that.. I just naturally put it in the first space from the top..

i mean the only benefit i could see is that it might be easier to see while driving on the interstate. however, maybe cops could see it easier also? i think its time for some limo tint...

It's in the middle din and the navi is in the bottom din. I can still get to most of the climate controls without putting the TV down. Plus it looks better.

yeah, you wouldnt happen to know which dash kit i can buy besides the gxe kit for my 5th gen so i can put the tv in the lower din do you? i have the metra now and i cant do that.

I don't know of any besides the 5th gen kit unless you make a custom one.
