0303 is front left heated O2 sensor. Start there. The left o2 sensor is the one closest to the radiator and you can pick the sensor up at autozone for about 79$
Hope that helps

Your bad front O2 sensor is causing your low MPG. Group deal: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=289189

Wow I would kill for that gas mileage... I"m getting about 200 per tank.

Change the 02's.. if I were you I'd change both the front and back.. They're very easy to change.

i get 330 with about 2 gallons remaining. Also getting knock and o2 code. I thought i was getting bad mileage and I run mine pretty hard.

I'm not sure from your post what kind of driving you are doing.

On a long trip at steady speeds, my car can get about 28 mpg. That gives a range of around 450 miles per tank without dipping very far into the reserves.

If you mix in stop-and-go or city driving, naturally the fuel economy will suffer. 20-23 mpg is about what I get.

Computing and comparing fuel economy by miles per tank is not very accurate. Better to measure by filling the tank, and noting miles traveled since the last fill-up. Repeat 4 or more times to get a good average. Divide total miles travelled by total gallons used to get mpg.
