so i've been searching all over. Simple question: is it safe to use synthetic power steering fluid (ie. valvoline synpower maxlife), when the atf is not synthetic. Do the atf and power steering fluid ever meet? becuase I read that they are both basically the same fluid. Thanks

 

Yes you can use that fuild.

 

The two fluids never meet. But they have been known to write to each other.
