Rear seal leak

I noticed a small amount of oil on my concrete. Itook it to a mechanic and he said the rear oil seal was leaking. We changed oil and the pcv valve. He also put a quart of Lucas oil treatment with the oil change. This is A very small leak right now but my question is is there any oil additive that someone has used that stopped leaks such as this? 191000 MILES on a 97 gle and needing some advice.
P.S. When he replaced the pcv valve my check engine light cleared and my car seems to have more power. Diagnostics had shown knocker sensor. Whats going on here? The check engine light cleared after 2 trips down the road. Thank you. Smackman the king of Smack.

radiator or oil stopleak=new radiator or engine rebuild

the reason that stuff stops leaks is cuz it has metallic particles in it that get stuck in the leak. Unfortunately the metallic particles also get stuck in everything else.

knock sensor is a very common problem, get it fixed and you gain ~25 hp and better gas mileage.
