What does it mean when it almost dies after I start the car? When i start the car after my rpm hit 2 it drops al the way down to nearly 0 and my car almost dies but then it idles at like 1 1/2 till it warms up. I dunno if its due to the cold weather. A friend told me that its because my fuel injectors need cleaning. Any help is appreciated.

 

Do basic maintenance first. Clean your throttle body, that usually clears up starting issues like yours.

 

I had the same problem except the car would fully die. I believe the dealership cleaned the TB and also adjusted the iacv.
