I'm on the phone with Nissan rigt now and they are telling dealers are not responsible for covering the cost of any TSB. "TSB's are just documentation for the dealers, so they can properly fix problems". What should I do now, I have to get my rotors cut but I'm not paying Nissan $150 to do so. I have the extended bumper-to-bumper warranty that covers 72 months and 100K miles so I dont want to do anything else that would fu** up my warranty.
I also want to get the fuel-cut TSB done but not if I have to pay for it. As for the TSB on rattles I would have to pay a small fortune to get all those fixed.

What should I do? Who should I call and talk to?
Someone please help me figure out how to get this problem resoved.

The dealer is feeding you a line of Bull Sh*t!!!!!! You can try another dealer (if one exists in your area) or call the 1-800 Nissan number (but I guess you are, huh?).

TSB's are for documentation for properly fixing problems....so, if a problem occurs while it is under warranty it must be covered. Don't listen to the dealer, they are full of crap. If a problem occurs under warranty it must be covered. don't pay for it!

I hope you have only the rear Koni's (I believe you said this), because they'll blame your aftermarket struts for the problem. Suggestion... go to another dealer.

I was on the phone with Nissan NA and thats what they told me. Some stupid lady is going to call me back tomorrow morning after she get a hold of the dealer.

Fergus Nissan of Skokie Illinois is worthless and they do no work unless your warranty is void, if you warranty is still good is will be Void by the time you pick up your car. Don't go there if you live in the Chicagoland area.

for example...on the rotors tsb, it says to extend this certain warranty item w/ the tsb to 36k miles while under the normal stock warranty, it is only good for 12k miles

if the dealer wants you to pay for the tsb, why does the tsb extend warranty coverage? show that part of the tsb to them
