02 Sensor, OEM (walker) or NTK?

Hey guys, I am gonna buy an 02 sensor pretty soon, and was checking some out at www.oxygensensors.com (they have a GD for 15% off) and they have 2 choices for my VG. Walker which they say is OEM for $70, and NTK (universal) for $80.
I thought that NTK makes all oxygen sensors or something like that and they get labeled afterwards. And will I have to solder/cut wires for the universal one? Also, is Walker, in fact the OEM/better option?

And they are showing different sensors for an 89 and for a 90. Arent they both the EXACT same car?

thanx

The OEM is made by NTK and is available from NTK as a direct bolt in replacement.
Walker is not , was not , does not , manufacture an o2 for our cars.
At this time the only MANUFACTURER of our o2s is NTK. Everybody else is just reboxing.

I sell the NTK o2 for $60
