Call and talk to the shop manager. If that does not help, place a call to Nissan.

call Nissan or threaten legal action... get ahold of the owner of the dealership!! they do not want to deal with you and will give you what you want. then never go back!

Just go in there and demand respect. Don't get hostile all at once. Break it down, you brought the car in for a rattle and got it back with a rattle and some kinda exhaust leak sound. There is no reason to your knowledge why there are foriegn screws in your car. Put the factory intake back on if you have to, I would just to get what I want. You gotta go in there and not let them middle age bums intimedate you. They are there to serve you. Thats there only purpose period.

Or crawl your *** under there and see what' going on

Easiest solution would be to remove the CAI and bring it to another dealer for warranty service.

Go to Star Nissan and find a guy named Hogan. That will be the end of your misery.

This is illegal. Threaten to take them to court. If you go online u can look it up and print it off and take it to the dealer.

They have nothing and it seems that they cannot prove that your CAI has caused any damage. If they say they can, then have them put it in an official document that you can take with you. To court.

call 800 NISSAN HELP or NISSAN 1
talk to their representatives.. and they will tell you its under warranty and they will also give you a reference number..
if the dealer refuses do the service.. then get the dealers name and call nissan
or just tell them that nissan said it should be under warranty..

dealers dont like to deal with Corp ..
