Must brakes be bled in a specific order?
Bleeding is done one wheel at a time. The "old timers" will tell you to start with the wheel furthest away from the master cylinder and then work your way closer. Typically, this would mean RR, LR, RF, then LF. However, it doesn't really matter if you start with the front or rear wheels, since they are on separate brake circuits on modern cars with ABS and/or dynamic stability control systems. However, you should start with the passenger side wheel and then do the driver's side.

thanks
I don't believe there is an actual order you need to go with these cars to bleed the system...and according to what you provided it's not completely neccessary, but probably a good habit. You should just be able to start with a wheel and go.

Ummmm, no it doesn't. Maybe you should actually read your FSM. Page BR-9 of the 2001 FSM: RR --> LF --> LR --> RF. Its the same in the 3rd gen and 4th gen FSMs as well.
thanks for the responces, I thought that they each had their own lines but I did rememeber posts where people would tell them the specific order in which to bleed.
I should have the FSM that some one posted up here to download a while ago, I'll check with that, I thought it was like sprilis suggesting, but I'll check the FSM and post what it says.
