Rearview mirror temp sensor

Howdy, I'm searching for one of these as I've got a gentex auto-dim mirror. Anyone know a good place to find one? Junkyards dont seem to deal in parts this small and insignificant, or they only sell them with mirrors. Thanks for your ideas...

Shoot, I'd like to find a good deal on a whole mirror with outside temp and a compass. And it would have to be mountable on the stock bracket. Any ideas?

I intend to buy a wedge style mount from autozone and just convert. I haven't seen many for sale that would work with the stock mount.

I have yet to see one that would mount to the stock location. You must convert to Winshield. However, you can always keep the stock mount up there, without the mirror and install buttons/switches or LEDs, or whatever clever things you can think of. Now, not only would it be covering the hole underneath, you would have something with some significance too.

PS: I know somebody that Hardwired a Radar Detector there and it looked great. Only thing about that is that he gets a less clear signal due to the upper winshield tint, but it does look good!
