suspecting foul play by dealership?

ok, i had my Max in for tranny flush last week. when i looked under it today, the tranny oil pan was still dirty from couple weeks ago when we had bad weather. it looks like the drain plug was never touched. do they actually use the drain plug to do flush or am i overreacting.
here's a pic of the tranny pan

there's only 1 way to find out.....take it to another shop and ask then to check if your tranny fluid is dirty/old (or do it yourself...)...make sure you get it documented and then go back to the dealer.

i had mine power flushed before, and they disconnect the lines to flush it. so they plug is not removed. like irish said...check the fluid. if its new it should be bright red. if its older it will be darker and maybe even brown/black
