Motor mounts!!??

Someone told me that we have computer controlled motor mounts on our max's. I have a 2000 SE Auto build date of 11/99, do I have these or do I have normal ones. I would also like to upgrade these so if someone can tell me where I get some really good motor mounts, might as well replace them while I have the tranny out!

All Automatic Maximas have the electronic engine mounts. No manuals ever had them.

What's the advantage of having computer controlled motor mounts and why are they only on the automatics?
