i was doing the mod and i am a bit confused.....i got the whole thing open and i have no idea what to cut(snip off) i am looking at the bottom of the bulb right now....and i am really confused....i have the little nubs and they are the same height and i have no idea what to do??? a little help here

 

i hate that this "mod" is called a rewire.... Its just as easy to actually rewire it...
