Tokico Illumina Adjustables

Hey Illumina owners,

This was talked about before probably by housecor's famous polls, but I can't seem to find it.

What setting do you set your Illuminas to?? Right now it's set to 3F 3R, so increasing will make them stiffer, but less understeering ??

Let me know.

I have mine set at 2front / 2 rear. I like a cushier ride. It also makes alot of difference which springs you have also, I have Eibachs.

yeah, there's a poll back there somewhere...can't seem to find it though. The proper setting of course will depend on the spring you choose. I've generally run 2/2 on both progress and H&R.

I was thinking 3f/4r on Progress springs ... what u guys think? is it generally a good idea to set the rear stiffer than front?

Very good. Notably better than with the Progress. Stiffer than stock but in no way uncomfortable. No issues with bottoming out. And strangely, better handling than with Progress as well. The car feels very tight with H&R's and they're definately the superior performance spring.

Hey thanks...that's exactly what I'm hoping for.

Any idea how 2/2 settings compare stiffness wise to regular Tokico blues, ie if I just ran blues with H&Rs would it be similar in ride?
