Opinions On Cattman Headers And Y-pipe

I've been getting pretty bored with my car lately. Thinkin of getting Cattman headers and y-pipe and a high flow cat. Anyone have any experience with Cattman products, for example fit, quality and performance gains? How much horsepower should i expect from these upgrades?
All input is appreciated.

Ditto. Fitment has been nothing but spectacular from what I have heard.

If I'm not mistaken, the headers actually come with a y-pipe. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty certain they do.

yes, if you get headers, the y pipe is part of the headers. but if you dont want to spend the extra money for headers, it is possible to just buy the y pipe. dont buy both.

i have a cattman Y, but i havent put it on yet.

i think the headers and y-pipe are seperate.
here is a link to the headers: http://www.sportcompactonly.com/prod...=2063&catid=54
and here is a link to the y-pipe: http://www.sportcompactonly.com/prod...2236&catid=126
please correct me if im wrong. also, is the cattman y-pipe significantly better then the budget y-pipe. any opinions on the budget y-pipe.
thanx,
Lam

the y pipe and header are two seperate products... the headers eliminate the need for a y-pipe. if you want to keep stock headers you can get a y-pipe...

The Cattman y-pipe is unreal. The quality is awesome, the fitment is pretty good and it really adds some extra hp....The only thing you might have to do is shave down one of the the bolts so it doesnt hit the y-pipe. I would tell anyone to buy a Cattman even if they are a little expensive. As for budget...you get what you pay for just like with the **** that warpspeed sells.

I've had Cattman ypipe on for about 6 months now. Fitment was perfect. Noticed pretty good gains mostly up top. If you email Brian Catts he will send you dyno charts for the y pipe.

I have cattman headers on my 02 i35. they do eliminate the y-pipe. i had a y-pipe and catback exhuast befor the headers and the headers give much better gains than the y-pipe. now this is just seat of pants so far but now i can fry the tires almost threw first, great low end tq and power seems to be everywhere. i am having 02 codes but i may be the only one. these headers are impressive!
