yea so my abs speed sensor broke last march when i did a tranny swap. now tommorow i have to take an inspection, will i pass if they see the light? what if i take out the fuse or bulb? i like driving without the abs though, for some reason snow breaking is easier

I know what you mean but, dmvs will check you car according to the original equiptment, for example, if airbags are optional for your car, and when you bought it with an airbag, then you install an aftermarket steering wheel, you will fail. Try going to some little joe shmoe shop and ask them to pass you. also, i dont know how it is in ny, but in nj they connect to the obd plug to see what fault codes you come up with if any.
