Hey y'all,

How can I go about clearing my front corners? Where do I get the parts? What do I need?

I'm in definite agreement that the yellows on there are pretty nasty looking.

omg, im sorry dude, before you get murdered by the others, you have to buy them, go on ebay and search for maxima clear corners. make sure they are diamond cut if you don't want any yellow.

I've read somewhere that instead of buying a set of clear corners, you can spray paint them with some sort of "stuff". It's the same stuff that they use to clear out the amber for the '95-'96 taillights.

Yeah, that's the problem... I looked on Ebay (and pretty much everywhere else that I could think of for that matter) and they only had the diamond clear corners for 89-94 Maxs. Any other recommended places where I could get some?

all you have to do is soak the stockers overnight in terpentine or heavy duty paint stripper and out comes the amber. ALSO try it with the taillights to get the red/clear look that everyone on here loves.

hey man, from one newbie to another....just like Akumachan said....customenterprise.com

I got mine from there and they fit like a glove. 15 min to do entire job. If you change the bulbs and put hyper-white ones in remember to keep the turn signal amber, white is illegal I believe. Customenterprise also has Polarg bulbs which are pretty inexpensive and look good.

Good luck.

First, Luxor, they are not illegal to have white turn signals. Check the 2005 Statute Handbook. Secondly, the installation won't take you more than 3 min, well.... nm....

ok, seeing as how i posted in here first and tried to be nice...

EBAY has hundreds of auctions for 95-99 Diamond Cut Clear Corners as Mendon99 has pointed out.

Secondly, yea, soak the ambers in muratic acid (pool stuff) overnight and cover it with tin foil in the morning. Let them sit for about 30-45 seconds.

Umm, don't buy them from Custom Maxima for $44 when you can get them for $20 from EBAY.

Let me know how the acid thigns turns out for you. I know a lot of people who did it.

That's right. Clearcoat. Don't use too much, though, or you'll be looking into the engine bay.

No. The turpentine method makes the crappy foggy kind. The clearcoat makes diamond cut clear corners.

I got my clear corner signals (1996) from procarparts on eBay. Like 30 bucks shipped.
