HELP!!Car Temprature drops?????????

Guys my car looses its temprature integrity real easy.
i would warm it up till it reaches the mid. then as soon as i hit the road give it about 4 mins and it will drop to Cold.
especially if i have the aircond. on Auto not Econ.

My sister has a I20 and hers doesn't do that although she is 4 cylender.

Any Clue?

Yeah I'd have to agree with the thermostat being stuck open.

Thermostat. Just did mine over the holiday. Took like 20 minutes. Its only 3 10mm nuts. Easy easy easy. You have to remove the horn and losen this brass looking thing that sticks up in the way of one of the T-stat nuts. Make sure to get a new gasket at the same time.
