My ECU Test

Ive had my check engine light on for over a year! at first the dealship told me that i need to replace o2 sensors. but of course i dont listen to them. I tested it and got 0103, 0304, 0504. I found what they all mean and search for the info to fix it. I have no tools =( man im such a poor boy! the KS price alone is going to rape me. I dont know where to start, i guess with the senors! if anyone is in the wisconsin, southeastern corner, that could help me Please let me know(like that is ever going to happen ahha!) i gotta find me a nice shop that wont lie and rip me off like the dealer ship.

I also have a question about the gas to use, i use 93 all the time from citgo for some reason i felt more of a pull with that type. But now in my southeastern corner of wisconsin they have this regulated gas. Ive heard its really bad for your car and i have not found any test on gas in my area and wondering if anyone has information on difference from normal gas, regulated and even winter blend plus which is the best company to buy from? Ill continute to look!
