How do you remove the wiper nozzles off the hood without damaging them?

I just can't get them to move and don't want to break them. thanx!

 

pop the hood, unhook the hoses, and than take small needle nose plyers, stick them in the holes under the hood, to get a good grip on the nozzles, there are clips, that need to be squeezed togeather they should pop right out

 

what he said....you just need to press the tabs on the back in....
