how to fix straches on splash guards?

My splash guards have deep straches how can i fix this? i have black spray for rubber.but how can i fix the deep straches?should i send it to a body shop?

I think bondo makes a putty for deep scratches in Plastic or rubber that can be primed, sanded and painted.

Splash Guards same as mudflaps?

I would think it gets lot's of abuse since it pretty much picks up what's on the ground from the tires and hit's the mudflaps/splash guards.

Buy new ones , IMO theres really no way to make plastic look new short of remolding them.
