Tail lights went out(its not the fuse)

Well i went ahead and made my own red/clear tails and after doing so i noticed that neither of my tail lights were working. The signal lights, brake lights and reverse lights work fine, but the tails don't. I checked the fuse and it's not that. I changed both bulbs and it isn't that either...anyone have any suggestions??? Are there any relays that for the tail lights??

Thanks in advance.

change the 7.5 amp fuse in the engine compartment near the battery, that should solve your problem.

re-check every fuse you have under the dash... sometimes fuses you would never think of could be what are blown. Also look under the hood and check those out as well.

The taillight fuse isn't the only one that could cause that. Check all of them. Once my blinkers went out so I replaced that fuse and they still didn't work cause the taillight fuse and the hazard fuse were both blown.
