Started this evening driving back home I hear a whining noise from the engine not too loud, initially I thought it was the radiator fan but when I popped the hood the fan was off but the noise is still there. Any suggestions? hope its nothing big

 

i have this also and have no idea what it is, mine vibrates the clutch pedal

 

I haven't noticed any Drivability issues at this point + mine is auto.

 

I would think power steering pump perhaps or belts..

 

hmm the belts were replaced about 2 months ago recently I changed the power steering fluid just the reservoir.
