I have changed my stock struts to Tokico blues about 45k miles ago. They suck. The car bounces, is hard to control,... To the question; Koni's web page says that they must by intalled in the OEM strut housing. Since I no longer have the option of this can or I should say will the Koni struts install correctly in the Tockico blue housing?

I don't think anyone has ever ruined a pair of $350 Struts to fit a pair of $500 struts in them.. so you would be the first to try.. however...

Tokico offers a lifetime warranty on their struts.. of if your struts are bad.. take them back to where you bought them and they should give you a new set for free..

however.. if you wish to get koni's instead.. i would suggest you go to the nearest dealership to your house.. get friendly with the service manager and ask if they have any OEM struts that someone has used and they are about to throw away.. offer them $20 if you have to..

Then.. send your Tokico's back for replacement and then come back here and sell them to someone..

my $.02

I actually have my KONIs inserted into the Tokiko housings from the Tokikos Blues I got from Stillen --

So you don't have to have the exact OEM Tokikos or other OEM struts --

You only have to do this for the front end -- KONI rears should bolt up fine --
