What brand of O2 sensor would you recommend. I dont have the 110 dollars to order one from nissan so im on oxygen sensors.com.

Denso, Bosch or Walker.

They all work the same... Denso is Japanese, Bosch I think is actually OEM and I dont know about walker. i'd just get whatever is cheapest and plugs in so you dont have to splice them in.

Are you going to install the O2 sensor yourself? I have a 99 GLE, and looks like I have to do the same. I called a shop, and they want 200.00 to install. They told me it's a one hour job, and that you need a special tool?

Yes you need a special tool, but it's about $10 for it. If you have the patience and the right tools, DIY and save some money.

Look in the stickys for a write up
