Which should i use when installing the CAI: PR or maxdriver?
Also, resseting the ECU? That manditory? If so, can you post these here while your at it. I know its here on the site somewhere, but i wasnt finding it. is it just turn right all the way, left all the way and the right again? I cant remember. Also, where the hell is the ECU? To the right or left of the steering wheel. Maybe somone could take a picture and circle where it is? Yes, i am stupid =)
Thanks

I followed Maximadriver's instructions and I didn't have any problems. Can't answer the rest of your questions, ask sprintmax, he has good reset instructions. Good luck.

I haven't seen the maximadriver instructions but im sure they are very good and detailed...when i did mine i only had the PR and they are very vague...i just looked at pictures and compared it to what i was working with...it's not a hard install whatsoever...

as far as the ECU goes....you have to disconnect the battery during the install...i removed everything on a fri night and did the install the following morning so my battery was unplugged for about 12 hours. that should be sufficient to reset the ecu....

but like was mentioned...sprint has a good idea about how to reset the ECU in a 4th gen..

If you do everything right, you won't have to reset the ECU. Only if you start the car with a sensor disconnected will you get a "service engine" light. BTW, disconnecting the battery doesn't do it.

i used maximadriver instructions...they are both the same but maximadriver goes more into detail such as taking off the bolts and where everything is located
