Nation Auto Car Extended warranty

Anyone ever use them? My credit union gives me a 1/2 % break on the loan if I get this warranty. It is $914 bucks for 85K miles and 72 months. That is from when I purchase it. I think repairs have to be approved before but I can take it anywhere I want and these is a 50 dollar deductible? Anyone use them?

I called a couple Nissan dealers and they said they accept it w/o any problems. Just wanted to see what you all thought.

PS. I am new to this board. A big thanks in advance for you thoughts and advice.
