Spoiler on 99 GXE

I'm looking around for the stock spoiler. My dealer told me 430.00 UNPAINTED! wow... I found some online on several car parts web sites (not those out-of-state junkyards) that will sell one for 90.00 - 120.00 unpainted. And a few sites offer 280.00 for primed, painted (2x), etc...
Are these safe? Meaning are these "bootleg" spoilers going to crack under high speed or are they going to be/get warped under certain weather conditions?
Or should I just get the real deal from my stealership?

I bought one of those "Bootleg" spoilers. I havent really had cause to regret it yet, and it has been on for about 8 months; the only problem I noticed was the fact that the holes dont match up with stock. That is unnoticeable after the spoiler is installed, but it makes installing a bit of a chore. It's solid, was painted fairly well in KT3, and has done right by me (thus far) I think it ran me $137.
