lights won't shut off

i have no idea what to do. this morning i go out to my car and my front orange lights in my clear corners and my back lights in my tail lights are on. The weird thing is that my car is off and my lights are off. I ended up having to pull the hazard fuse to get them to shut off. I also noticed that my blinkers didn't work right. What would cause this to happen? Thanks

Either the flasher relay is stuck or the relay that flashes the lights when you activate the alarm is stuck. I think they are two different relays.

Check the ground in the trunk by the trunk latch under the panel. I took that off once and the lights came on cause the OEM alarm was grounding out through them.
