Please give my your opinion of cattma coilovers.

I may be purchaseing a set of cattman coilovers with the adjustable camber plate. I'm sure some of you have used these I am looking for your .02 to help me make my decision. I looked @ the cattman site, but was unable to access any information about these thanks in advance!

Why are you considering Cattman over JICs?

Well I have plans to buy the JIC's in late spring, however I have a chance to pick up a used set of cattman. Thus I will also have a C/F hood to go w/ my coilovers & 2k2 HIDS come summertime!

So would these be the 2nd gen Cattman's? There were three gens in all. Some of the earlier ones were Mitsu struts I believe.

I really don't know. I will ask the owner. This is the help I needed, I am totally unfamilar (sp) with these coilovers! I would assume they are second generation, because they were just testing out the new ones last fall if I remember correctly!

Well the latest generation that cattman is testing has pink springs. These were test coilovers. The final product if Cattman does sell coilovers will he says not be pink. Pink doesnt bother me cause no one can see the springs anyway.

To the question. I cant help you unless its the newest test coilovers that Cattman sent to a few individuals. Now i've heard that the older gen coilovers were good, but I can not remember for the life of me who had it on the org. Someone did and hopefully they will chime in.

And because you mentioned they came with camber plates these wouldn't be the 3rd gen ones. Must be the 1st or 2nd gen units.
