Oil leak on a vg

Oil leak on a vg

I noticed when I changed my engine mounts i was dripping oil from a sensor just under the oil filter. Anyone ever fixed thius problem?

Wouldn't the correct repair be to replace that sensor and use some thread sealer? What sensor was it?

I don't know what kind of sensor it is, I quess thats the question, What is the sensor?

dunno on the VG, but on the VE, the closest sensor to the filter is the oil pressure sensor

it has to be the oil pressure switch for the VG as well.

It's likely the oil pressure switch. I replaced that part several years ago. It's not that expensive.
