New and First time Maxima owner
First I would like to say thank you to the members here. I have been lurking here for awhile gathering data for my purchase and found many helpful tips.
I drove home my spanking new Liquid Silver Maxima SE today! Loaded with every toy offered minus the chrome wheels (gonna get some after market ones l8r). They had to order my Sat radio (went with Sir.) other wise it's all there.
Silver ext Blk leather int. Elite with the buckets in the back. Nav sys (will take a year to learn how to use that thing) and VDC/Trac Sens pck etc...
Becasue of an err on their part (long story) they lost money on the deal
Very happy with the final bottom line. Once again thanks for al the helpful advice and tips. WIll post some pics 2morrow.

Welcome to wonderland, you have chosen the red pill now lets see how deep the rabbit whole goes.
Without the Matrix terms, what I am saying is congrats on the new Maxima, imo and others here you have picked the best bang for your buck.

Excellent choice of vehicle, appointments, and color.
I realize what I am going to suggest is the last thing you wish to hear at this time, but I would STRONGLY advise reading the owner's manual as soon as you can. There are a million things to know about the 6th gen Maxima, and you will be surprised how much info you will get from one quick reading.
Of course, actually reading the manual would immediately transform you from a newby to a guru on this board, as few here have actually read the manual from cover to cover.
Welcome to THE Maxima board!
