Everytime I do a full turn,I hear a couple clunks from the front struts.What should I replace?I talked to the dealer and they said that I need the bearing and insulator which is the plate.What part(s) do I need?

Thanks for the link.The dealer told me it was $50 for the plate and $30 for the bearings.Is that reasonable?Where can I get some for less?
