Best products to get minor scratches out of glass?

My 9 year old windshield is covered in minor scratches. Besides clay bar and Stoners, what kind of products would help actually get out the scratches?
Thanks guys.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but if the windshield is 9 years old I would replace it if it has some imperfections which it understandably would. My insurance covers one replacement per year so if yours has anything similar I would suggest looking into it.

I can look into it, but I feel like I should be able to get all of this off the windshield with some specialty products...

Do they do the exact same thing? To what extent do they work? Anything to finish it with?

Actually, either one will be effective. I recommend using either with a PC and a regular polishing pad.
