i ordered my stillen bodykit on the 14th - i called 2day and they still didnt ship it- is this avg cus im startin to get mad-they said it would be shipped on the 15th but no-i dunno -let me kno how long it took you from ordering for it to get shipped then how long it took to get there-thanks alot -someone please respond so i dont feel so bad about how long its taking-also is monday a fed holiday?does fed ex ship on monday?

why didnt u order from SWA??

3months ago when i talked to stillen about the 97-99 kit, they were out of stock and had to reporduce a few sets. dunno about now

and from what i've heard, the company next door makes them.

 

well they made a kit 4 me -so they say but its not shipped yet -its missing the install shyt supposedly - i dunno im just gettin mad cus everytime i call they say it will be shipped 2m

 

Im suuuure they will ship it, and when they do u will be happy with it. It'll be worth the wait...patience... ....forget that I would want it now too.

Mine took just over a month from SWA.

If it's only the install kit that's keeping them from shipping it and you want it just ask them to ship it. The install kit is garbage anyways use your own screws.

 

Get used to it. Customer service from online tuner shops is almost non-existant. I was amazed when I first started moding my car as to how these guys stay in business, but I soon realized most were like this and people just put up with it.
