Will 4th Gen. Maxima seats fit a 99 I30t

That is my question. Will 4th Generation seats from a Maxima fit my 99 I30t? Unfortunately, I ask out of necessity as my driver's side seat has 3 broken brackets, and looks to be too difficult to repair. Also, the reason I'm asking about Maxima seats instead of I30 seats is because of the availability. The few yards I have called have immediately said no when I asked for an I30 seat, but have had to check when I asked for a Maxima seat for the same generation. They have also been unable to tell me if the seats are interchangeable, although one said he would find out for me, when he called back someone had taken his parts interchangeability book, and he still couldn't tell me. Also, if you live in Utah, and have some seats to sell, or know of a good place to find them please let me know. Utah doesn't seem to be a hotbed of Infiniti, or Maxima parts. Thanks for any help.

I know this is being picky, but I need to be 100% positive, especially if I end up buying seats that have to be shipped to me. I don't want to buy them, and end up finding out they won't work for my application. I'm pretty sure they would fit too, I just need a definitive answer before I continue. Thanks.

maxima seats from a 99 should bolt in no problem. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the I30 has side airbags? If so, make sure you get a maxima seat that has them! Keep in mind seat heaters too. They were optional in maximas, so not all have them. Also, maxima seats don't have the tilting headrests and I've been told i30 leather is better quality. Good luck.

Yeah, the I30 has the side airbags. However, mine even though it is the I30t doesn't have heated seats, I believe it's because I think it was originally an Arizona car. I don't know about the better quality leather, as it's the perforated leather seats that I currently have, never was too big a fan of those.
