0n 4th Bose in dash cd changer. Anyone else?

On my 2004 Mazima SL I have had the Bose CD changer swapped out 3 times. Now On the 4th one and it is doing the same thing. The cd changer will not eject or load. It will play any of the 6 cds , but, cannot eject any of them. What is going on?

Bose Cd Changer

I had to have the Bose replaced because everytime the temp dropped below 50 deg. F the thing would skip so bad I couldnt even listen to it. They replaced it with about 15k on the car. Since then, even in sub-zero temps, no problems.
